Eligibility
A blue belt should conduct themself in a manner befitting that expected of a black belt
The student must be a member of the European Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do Federation (EMTF)
Regular class attendance
General Knowledge
Extraordinary leadership within the class
Exemplary conduct in Tang Soo Do class etiquette
Demonstrate a high understanding of Tang Soo Do principles by teaching
Voluntary participation and clear dedication in Dojang activities

Hands:
Palm heel
Low block

Inside to outside block

Stances:
Excellent stances should be demonstrated always in forms and linework
Breakfalls:
Can breakfall from several throws
Show a combination of all breakfalls
Sparring:
Demonstration of good level of sparring for competition
New Forms:
Blue belts will also need to demonstrate a deeper understanding of the forms by showing 3 applications
